The mission of is simple. We will provide the highest form of detailed, holistic, and comprehensive training, so that each athlete will be given the opportunity to perform at peak performance. We believe that preparing the athlete to victoriously prevail in their sport, will teach and empower them to create good habits, that carry over from sport, to real life.

Tierre "Coach Tee" Jones
Coach Tee brings over 15 years of training youth, college and pro athletes. Coach Tee is a former collegiate and pro football player, that understands the physical and mental demands of being a superior athlete. Coach Tee serves as the owner and Director of Strength and Human Performance.
Ceritfications:
- Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology -'04
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- FMS Level 1
- NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
Bryan Jones
Coach Bryan brings a variety of athlete training to the program. His expertise is one of the reasons our program is the most diverse and effective around. Coach Bryan brings experience to The System, as he was a former pro hockey player. Coach Bryan serves as a High Performance Coach.

- ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist

Zack Kauffman
Coach Zack brings a diverse background to The System. He has been everything from a personal trainer, PE department head, basketball coach and even a PE teacher. Coach Zack's diversity is what makes him a great asset to our athletes. Coach Zack serves as a High Performance Coach.
